Bot time & payments
Bot time is measured in hours. 1 month = 730 hours. A bot with time runs on the premium server with all features; when it runs out (or you freeze it) it drops to the limited free server.
Pay with xats or days
- Go to the official ARCbot chatroom and find the bot.
- Transfer xats or days to it with your ARCbots username as the transfer message.
- Standard rate: 250 xats (≈19 days) = 730 hours / 30 days. You can pay any amount.
- Forgot to put your username in the transfer message? Run
!addtime <your username>in the ARCbot chatroom, or ask a staff member to add it.
Redeem a coupon
Have a coupon code from ARCbot staff? Enter it on the buy page to add time.
Add the time to your bot
On the dashboard, find the matching botid, enter the number of hours in its bot-time box, and click Add Bot Time.
Freeze bot time
Freezing moves the bot from the premium server to the free server; frozen time doesn't count down until you unfreeze. Useful if you're taking a break but don't want to lose hours.
