Account security

Keep your ARCbots account safe from the Account & Security page.

What you can do

• Change your password — needs your current password to confirm.
• Change your email, and optionally turn on account protection, which emails you a verification link when someone tries to log in from a new place.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) — enable Google Authenticator for a one-time code at login. Strongly recommended.
• API token — generate a developer token if you're building something against ARCbots.

Stay safe

• Never share your password. To let someone help with a bot, use BotID access instead.
• ARCbots staff will never ask for your password — only your username, email and BotIDs.
• Forgot your password? Use password recovery.
