Quick fixes for the problems clients hit most. Still stuck? Open a support ticket or ask in xat.com/ARCbot.

The bot joins for a few seconds then leaves (or "k1 value empty, login fail")

ARCbots manages the bot's xat login for you — there's nothing for you to enter or re-enter. Work through these:

  1. Check the bot still has bot time on the dashboard — an expired bot won't hold the connection.
  2. Make sure the (bot) power is assigned to your chat with bot id 1510151 (see add your bot to your chat).
  3. Restart the bot from the dashboard, and run !confirmbot within the confirmation window if it asks.

Still dropping after that? Open a support ticket — staff can check the bot's connection on our side.

The bot bans people when they use !mazeme (or another game)

The bot is missing the power that command needs. Either give the bot that power, or block the command: !tblock mazeme.

A premium bot entered my chat — now what?

An owner or main owner must run !confirmbot within the confirmation window (~1–2 minutes) before it leaves.

I need a power on/off

!enablepower NOPC / !disablepower NOPC (any power name).

Find my chat's room ID

On any bot: !getroomid chat → replies with the room's numeric ID.

"Working perfectly or has an unknown error" but it won't join

Follow the steps on the ARCbots "Unknown error" help, and confirm the (bot) power is assigned with bot id 1510151 (see add your bot to your chat).

Forgot your ARCbots password?

Use password recovery, then check the email you registered with. The link works once; wait 30 minutes between requests.
