How do I change the machine my bot is on? No longer available (removed due to abuse).

How do I make other people bot mod levels? In chat: !cmod regname/ID level — e.g. !cmod Samu 4 or !cmod 1000093 4.

How do I remove someone's bot mod level? In chat: !rmod regname/ID.

How do I get my bot to enable/disable a power? !disablepower [power] / !enablepower [power] — e.g. !enablepower NOPC, !disablepower NOPC.

The bot won't stay connected, or I see "k1 value empty, login fail" — what do I do? ARCbots manages the bot's xat login for you, so there is nothing to re-enter. Make sure the bot still has bot time and that the (bot) power is assigned to your chat with bot id 1510151, then restart it from the dashboard. If it keeps dropping, open a support ticket.

My bot bans people when they do !mazeme or another game — how do I fix it? The bot lacks that power. If you won't give it the power, type !tblock mazeme.

Make it so level-0 people can't use the rank at all? !minrank 1. Let level-0 people use the rank again? !minrank 0.

How do I add time to my bot? See the payment guides.

Can I have two bots? Not on the same chat. Two bots on different chats is fine if you have two bot powers. One bot power can't be assigned to multiple chats unless unassigned.

How do I add a question/response for my bot to say? !addq (question) (botanswer) (optional %recognition parameter) (optional only respond to this user) — supports user variables {uname} {regname} {name} {home} {homepage} {online} {ucount} {cc} {command} {chat} {group} {randomname} {randomuser} {randomnameID} {randomiserID} {randomnumber}. Example: !addq (Hi Bot) (Hi, how are you? {uname}) (90). Note: a lone smiley question needs double parentheses — e.g. !addq ((cd)) (Hells Bells).

How do I edit my bot from my chat? !editbot avatar/name/hat/nameglow/home/cmdsymbol/commandsymbol/commandcode/cmdsymb/currentsong. Examples: !editbot home arcbots.com, !editbot commandsymbol @, !editbot name ARCbots are Awesome. To move the bot to a different chat, assign the (bot) power at the target chat, then change its assigned chatroom in the panel and restart.

How do I get my bot to speak another language? Do I need the lang power? !speaklanguage (language) — uses a translator. You do not need the lang power.

How do I set my bot to auto-member people? !automember [on/off/registered/subscriber/math/letter/messages]. on = everyone; off = nobody; registered = registered users; subscriber = users with days; math = bot PCs a math question; letter = bot PCs to remove letter(s) from a word; messages = member after N messages. Example: !automember messages 5.

Can I change the name of a command? Not directly, but you can alias it: !alias (original command) (new alias command) — e.g. !alias (!say) (!copy).

I forgot my arcbots password — what do I do? Use password recovery, then check the email you registered with.

I don't want my arcbots account anymore — how do I delete it? What about my days? You can't delete it; just leave it idle. Days can't be refunded (except per the T.O.S) — use them or let them expire.

Can I transfer days to another account? No — ownership/payment can't be verified across accounts.

How do I set a welcome message? !welcomemsg [text] with options {uname}{name}{home}{homepage}{online}{cc} — uname = person's regname, name = person's display name, home = person's homepage, homepage = bot's homepage, online = users online, cc = command symbol. Example: !welcomemsg Welcome {uname}.

"Your bot is either working perfectly or has an unknown error" but the bot doesn't join. Follow the steps on the ARCbots "Unknown error" page.

How can I support ARCbots? Donate (helps pay server bills) via the Donate page, or use ARCbots' custom xat avatars (still and animated) from Support Us.

How do I start the Game Bot? You must be Main Owner or have Bot Cpanel access. Enter an app for a game, then !autogames choose and pick the game, then !autogames toggle on. Set times with !times - - - (Time, level/rate, results — depends on game). Set a prize with !prize - xats or days (after transferring a prize to the gamebot). Start with !start.

How do I find my chat room's ID? On any bot: !getroomid [room] — e.g. !getroomid chat → Room [ chat ] is ID [ 123 ].

My bot comes online for a few seconds then keeps leaving — why? Usually it has run out of bot time, or the (bot) power is not assigned to the chat with id 1510151. Check both and restart from the dashboard. ARCbots manages the bot's xat login, so there is nothing for you to re-enter — if it still will not hold the connection, open a ticket.

A premium bot came into my chatroom — what do I do? An owner or main owner must run !confirmbot within 1 minute before the bot disappears.
